• Locally run AIEmails and documents are processed by our own AI on our server. An external AI service is used only if you explicitly ask for it and a data processing agreement is in place.
• A separate instance per customerYour own database, configuration and address. No mixing with other businesses.
• Passkey or authenticator app approvalEmails, calendar entries and quotes only go out after your personal confirmation. Anything automatic runs only where you have expressly agreed to it.
• Your credentials stay with youYou connect your calendar and accounting yourself. We never see your login details.
